Common questions
The standard Fractional options work with an existing commercial team. If you are selling alone, a focused project can help define the model and hand it over. Start with the Diagnostic when the constraint is unclear.
Dana and the sponsor agree the commercial constraint and first execution priority. The proposal records team responsibility, budget and hiring authority, escalation paths and review dates. The sponsor retains decisions outside the agreed remit.
We agree a baseline and measures that fit the constraint: volume, cycle speed or conversion. Depending on the priority, that can include stage conversion, sales-cycle time or forecast accuracy. Each priority has an owner and review date; progress is reviewed in the monthly management report. Data gaps become a measurement plan.
We scope additional capacity or a greater interim remit before committing to it. The proposal sets the responsibility, internal coverage and schedule needed for that arrangement.
Days are reserved in agreed working blocks. Actions and requests between blocks are handled during those blocks. Your internal management and escalation cover are agreed at intake. The engagement has no on-call commitment.
The initial commitment is three months, followed by monthly continuation with 30 days’ written notice. Monthly fees are billed in advance.
Capacity is reserved per calendar month. Unused days do not automatically roll over. Rescheduling and cancellation treatment are agreed in the contract. Additional capacity or a new major workstream requires a revised agreement.
