Stage definitions
Require evidence before a deal moves.
Stage and exit criteria, plus the required information for each opportunity.
For teams whose pipeline activity does not provide a clear basis for forecasting and action.

Illustrative example
The useful change is the rule for progressing an opportunity. This is a made-up example to show the format, not client work or a promised recommendation.

| Before | Example exit criterion | Review decision |
|---|---|---|
| “Proposal sent” | Buyer confirms the decision process and an agreed next step | What evidence is still missing, and who will obtain it? |
| “Likely to close” | Forecast category follows the agreed buyer evidence | Keep or change the category using the shared method |
| “Follow up” | A named owner records a dated next action | Confirm the owner and review date |
Our approach
Inspect the current pipeline, data and review rhythm.
Define stages, forecasting and reporting requirements.
Validate the definitions with the team and administrator.
Your administrator configures; we test two review cycles.
Options
One commercial team and one pipeline. Three stakeholder interviews, two working sessions and a handover.

3 weeks
Guided rollout
Everything in Design, plus the support below.
€5,200
5 weeks total
Two additional weeks of guided rollout and two weekly review cycles. Your internal administrator configures the existing CRM and one native report/dashboard view from the specification. dnache guides the rollout, reviews use and adjusts the design.
Discuss guided rollout ↗Fees exclude VAT. Scope and schedule confirmed before starting. Timelines begin once agreed inputs are available.
Required: CRM access or exports for the design, sales history, a participating manager and an internal owner. Design & Pilot also requires your appointed CRM administrator with access and execution capacity.
Design, €4,500: one sales team, one existing CRM pipeline, up to three stakeholder interviews, two working sessions and one handover.
Deliverables: stage and exit criteria; required information per opportunity; forecast categories; forecast method; report/dashboard specifications; pipeline and deal-review agendas; ownership and maintenance guide.
Design & Pilot, €5,200: adds two weeks of guided rollout and two guided weekly review cycles. Your appointed administrator performs the bounded standard configuration in the existing CRM and creates one native report/dashboard view from the specification. Supported configuration, access and administrator capacity are confirmed at intake. dnache guides the rollout, reviews use and adjusts the design; it does not perform the CRM configuration. Migrations and code integrations are excluded.
Weeks 1–2: inspect, define and design. Week 3: validate and hand over. Weeks 4–5: your administrator configures; we guide the review cycles and adjust the design.
Completion: agreed definitions and forecast process are documented; the pilot option ends after two review cycles and handover. Forecast accuracy is tracked over later periods, not promised within five weeks.
Excludes: CRM migration, custom integration, bulk historical cleanup, licenses and a full RevOps department remit.
One business unit, one accountable sponsor and one primary commercial question unless expressly stated otherwise. Each project has named client owners and delivery dates in the signed scope.
One consolidated revision round within ten working days of delivery. New segments, markets, datasets, roles or workstreams are scope changes and priced before work starts.
Payment: 50% at booking and 50% at agreed delivery. Work starts after booking payment and prerequisite inputs. The final scope and terms are confirmed in your proposal and contract.
Project pricing covers the named deliverables. Data gaps are reported explicitly; extra research is not silently added. No guaranteed revenue, win rate or hiring outcome. Cancellation, confidentiality, liability and data handling must be agreed in the actual contract.
If your Diagnostic has already produced an input included in a follow-up project, we remove the duplicated work and quote the reduced scope. You won’t pay twice for the same analysis.
